Centering Sunday Registration Form

Centering Sunday is an intentional 30-minute way to start your week off in a more centered and less chaotic way. Zoom links will be sent prior to the session along with information about the practice of that day. Sessions take place at 12 pm ET/9am PT every Sunday. You can access the recording after each session. Sessions will include mindfulness practices, guided meditations, and somatic stress release practices. Some practices will involve movement, others visualizations, and many other techniques.
