Mindfulness Activity - Mindful Eating/Drinking

Items for the day:

  • Food or beverage of your choice

    * If you have a complex relationship with food, or currently under the care of a professional for eating related challenges, please consult with them to ensure this is a safe space for you to be. AND an alternative will be offered, simply bring an item that you can hold.

May 27 - Mindfulness Activity - Guided Meditation

Items for the day:

  • Anything that helps you to be in a meditative space (mat, cushion, blanket, candles, etc)

  • If visualization isn’t accessible to you, representations of:

    1. Advisor/Mentor/Teacher/Guide

    2. Texts/books/writing that inspires you (these can be tied to a religious tradition or simple a quote you saw on social media or something else)

    3. Community

    4. Ancestors - those who came before you 

    5. Earth (nature, the wilderness)

    6. Silence (maybe something that makes you feel spacious and cozy)

    7. Yourself
