Welcome to the Mindfulness Monday Information page. Below you will find all the links and supply lists for each week and the recordings (available at 9am ET each Monday). Lunch and Learn Handout (Tools, Techniques, and Implementation)
Items for the day:
Food or beverage of your choice
* If you have a complex relationship with food, or currently under the care of a professional for eating related challenges, please consult with them to ensure this is a safe space for you to be. AND an alternative will be offered, simply bring an item that you can hold.
Previous Session Recordings

May 27 - Mindfulness Activity - Guided Meditation
Items for the day:
Anything that helps you to be in a meditative space (mat, cushion, blanket, candles, etc)
If visualization isn’t accessible to you, representations of:
Advisor/Mentor/Teacher/Guide
Texts/books/writing that inspires you (these can be tied to a religious tradition or simple a quote you saw on social media or something else)
Community
Ancestors - those who came before you
Earth (nature, the wilderness)
Silence (maybe something that makes you feel spacious and cozy)
Yourself
May 20 - Mindfulness Activity - Mindful Writing
Items for the day:
5+ pieces of paper or a journal
Writing/drawing utensil (I prefer a pen)
May 13 - Mindfulness Activity - Mindful Drawing
Items for the day:
5+ pieces of paper
Writing/drawing utensil (I prefer a pen)
May 6 - Mindfulness Activity - Mindful Movement
Items for the day:
Wireless headphones or call in from a phone so you can freely move while still listening
